  • Unless otherwise stated in a service agreement, all sales of digital toolkits and downloadable resources are final.

  • Training or consultation cancellations and refunds will follow the policies outlined at the time of registration.

  • “Egeria Center for Policy, Research, and Evaluation”, “Egeria Center,” our logo, and branded materials are protected by copyright and trademark law.

  • Clients retain rights to their own data and materials but grant Egeria Center for Policy, Research, and Evaluation a limited license to use project data solely for providing contracted services.
